My fiance will have her medical exam and interview soon, but we have not scheduled the exact dates because we are unsure if need "wet ink" signatures for the updated letter of intent and I134 affidavit? I am also wondering if i need to send the paper I got from NVC to her. Would it be acceptable if I emailed her the updated documents and I134 and she printed it there? Thank you for the help!

Call/e-mail the embassy  and confirm with them. Recommend e-mail so at the interview u can show the e-mail that they said a copy is ok or not if they changed their minds meantime. OR look around in the Philippines sub forum your question might be already answered by somebody who went thru there. It really depends on the consulate where the interview takes place if they accept "photocopies" and not the one with "wet ink" on it.....

I don't think they would let you proceed if they needed anything more. Have you tried to email the U.S. embassy that is handling your case? Why did you have to update the documents? Did they ask you to do that?

Make sure you have 3 copies made. Original will go for the consulate(?), you have 2 copies and she has one copy so all file match.

For me, I sent the original wet ink and kept the photocopy of it. I really should've gone with all wet ink and no photocopy to dodge any upcoming issue if they arrive.

I -134 requires a wet signature (Tax return and W2 can be copies, thus emailed or ).  There is not an "updated letter of intent"  required/requested by the embassy.
