Ukraine embassy pink form administrative processing

My fiancé attended her interview with her son. They kept her there for several hours. Then asked for her passports including her old passport. They gave her a pink form and said they needed to review file. We have been in administrative processing for 17 days. What should we expect? Can I get any insight as to what’s going on or will happen next?

What did the pink form say? Seems to me that holds the key to the answer. I've seen couples in AP for1 hour to 1 year. Till I know more about your case, it's hard for me and anyone else to "speculate" on your case. More information is needed.

Can you shed some light on how the interview was, which questions she was asked and why did they keep her for several hours? How old is the kid? Has she ever been to the US? Do you have red flags? Which language she was interviewed in? It is difficult to guess without knowing more about your case, given that Kiev embassy is not considered difficult, but my idea is that the AP is due to her previous travel/visa or immigration issues/possible violations or overstay, not necessarily related to US travel. Did you discuss her DS-160 or did she do it all by herself or asked someone to do for her? From what I have read here, it is not unusual for the embassy to go in details of the beneficiary's previous travel in search of any violations. Also, they are concerned with any information which they may have found in the DS-160 and/or the file itself/given orally by beneficiary and which appears to them incorrect, confusing, dubious or questionable, even if you think it is not significant or unrelated to your relationship. And sadly it is not unusual that Ukrainian beneficiaries do not fully understand that you should never ever try to conceal anything from US authorities.

Even if every case is different I also could not find many successful results here. Or ppl do not share or no positive results?

Its really hard to understand what  to expect .

I for example know that my information at tourist visa 3 years ago  was not the same as I said at the interview. (in 2 moments)?plus my divorce history looked complicated to them. But for my lawyer was needed 30min for to complete all documents together and to understand a situation.. Anyhow I am divorced and there are no doubts about it.

And they told to bring document on paper 221g, which I did immediately.

But

Will it really help?

If they say about "we can not promise anything" it means yes or no?

I`ve read plenty of information but still do not understand my chances...

😔
