CFO Sticker ?

How long does it take to get the CFO sticker? My fiancé has already completed the class the other day and has the certificate. We got the visa and are now back here but have been waiting over 1 hour. What is the hold up? I thought if she already completed the class and showed the certificate and her visa we could get the sticker and go? We have a flight soon and are running out of time and Manila traffic is bad. We are confused right now. Thanks

Sounds like you are beyond rushing... While the CFO class can be done before the visa process, there is no timeline as to how long they may take to officially issue it upon return. 

 

Don't think my husband waited more than 30 some minutes; but every business day can vary. Hence why people say don't plan or rush things because unexpected delays occur.
 

And traffic in Manila is always bad.

As long as it takes, depending on how busy they are at the time. Normally it's only 30 minutes or so from what I've seen, but it certainly can take longer if they are busy or there are technical/administrative/clerical reasons (out of stickers, person signing off on them is out, etc.).

We went to the airport for the CFO sticker, it was a simple process at the time.

so after about 1 hour waiting we got the sticker. We flew all the way to manila just to get the sticker and came back to her home town all in the same day. There was no one the CFO place in the airport when we were there so we had to get a taxi and travel to the office. What a joke and a waste of money and a whole day lost flying there and back for a sticker.

For the airport you must call 2-3 days in advance so someone will be there.

Well after all, it is the Philippines you know how it goes there.

 

We didn't call ahead, I was making a few flights in and out of Manila traveling around, and we went to the CFO desk/area and the guy was there, we told him we were going to catch and earlier flight then original, He wanted to see a new flight ticket, so we told him we were going to try to do stand by and then he released the sticker.   It's just a game you must play

Being able to get the sticker at the airport is a plus especially saving you 💰. Like Hank said calling head saves time an insured someone will be there.
