I cannot send photocopy of english translation as well ?

You can have as much as English translation as you want, so why send a copy of that?

I only got 1 copy of translation for each document, but I was wondering if a photocopy is fine so I can just email it to my wife and then she prints it, instead of shipping the translations to her.

Follow the Egypt specific instructions from State.gov

That is all the site says:

All documents not written in English, or in the official language of the country in which you are applying for a visa, must be accompanied by certified translations. The translation must include a statement signed by the translator stating that:

The translation is accurate, and
The translator is competent to translate.

That's all it says about translations.  There are also general document submission instructions that discuss method of submission and copies vs originals etc.  Study carefully.

Sadly I cannot find that anywhere. I looked on the state.gov site and immigration guides here on visajourney along with threads and I cannot find a definite answer.

Normally people send everything photo copy to Nvc including translations etc than take everything main copy to interview. Also most of the embassy now pivot and you have to send everything online. However some embassy still non pivot and use old style mail. So you needs to check country specific requirements as above person already mentioned who is way experienced than me.

Did you find the instructions as to whether to upload or mail?  If not, look some more.

You are not studying carefully enough.  Don't mail any originals.  Take those to the interview for inspection.

They say that I send photocopy of the civil documents. but they don't mention anything about translations as to whether they should be original or photocopies.

That is where i am confused.
