even though I upgraded my cases in May 2019 still no approval. But my PD was one after your PD. Maybe next month I should see something

I applied for my spouse in Feb 2019. Here are the details 

 

Priority Date for F2A: Feb 4, 2019

US Citizen: Apr 18, 2019

Upgrade Request: Apr 18, 2019

Upgrade Approval: Apr 25, 2019

I-130 Approval: Sep 4, 2019

Update: In my RFE, they asked for a PP size of my picture and marriage certificate.  While i have a paper from court stating that we are husband and wife, however it does not have any registration number though it was registered into the court under District Judge. It looks like the registration number is the key point here. I am asking my lawyer if he can get the  marriage certificate with registration number on the basis of the paper we have from court, unless i may have to fly.

I just called NVC right now to ask if they received my approved petition and said they just receive it this morning. 😄 but they also said that i need to wait 8 weeks to process it and get a welcome letter. 😭 

Just called NVC. They received my petition on August 29th. It is such a relief. Hope both of us have the welcome letter soon😊
