Not sure if that will work. I know most application fees in the instructions say it must be in US funds, and drawn from a US based bank. That is when you are doing a check or money order etc. I would think the credit card used would have to be a US based credit card also, but I haven't tried with a foreign card to pay any fees, but maybe someone else has and will respond to this post. I don't think you can just because of how they are with money orders and checks when you use them to pay fees, and I think the same would apply to credit card payments.

Can you use a US based credit card instead? I'm not sure you can do that with a foreign cc. Hope other more experienced members can help with this.

Hello,

I'd like to know if anyone sent the G-1450 for I-130 payment with a foreign credit card?

My credit card would be from Argentina. In that case, did you leave the "State" field of the form blank?

Thank you,

Hello! Did you try the foreign credit card? Did it work?

Thank you
