hi everyone i finally responded to RFE i tracked the priority Mail it says delivered on 9 Sept 2018 on post office website, my question is ,it was delivered sunday 9 Sept does USCIS receive mails on sundays ? my second question when will they update website to response review after receiving RFE ?? thanks

You all be notified through the app when USCIS updates that your response to rfe has been received.

Sometimes they don't even have to respond, I went to an infopass appt and the rep there as well as a tier 2 officer told me that. If you have confirmation that they received it, you are fine. Good luck.

yes i do have confirmation from tracking i kept copy for me in case they do not update thanks

thank you very much, they asked for i-130a for spouse and passport photo for petitioner thats it, i still have copy of the form, photo, plus cover letter.

This is fine, they should update on the USCIS info page for your case but they don't have to, with that tracking number you are good. Good luck.

here's an example of how fast (slow)  they update

our visa was approved July 2015 and he has been here since September 5th

they didn't update till 2017

you waited all this long how did you find out ? i will call in couple of days if they do not update

but they only updated the site in 2017

don't depend on the site to show any thing fast
