They did not circle anything, because they described what they needed in the sentence that begins "Page 11, Part 11".

When you list all the addresses you have lived since you married, your dates have to cover the complete time.... for example...

Say your marriage date was September 2, 2013 (for example).  So your address list must include the dates from September 2, 2013 until the date you applied for the I-751.

From:  9/2/2013   To:  3/3/2014     Address 1

From:  3/4/2014   To:  6/1/2015     Address 2

From:  6/2/2015   To:  <date you applied for I-751>  Address 3

You cannot have any gaps in the dates.  Go back and see what you typed in and make sure you put the complete address (street number, street name, city, state, post code) for every address and every date since the day you married.

Good luck!

If you didn't establish good proof of financial "togetherness" you might want to submit that along with your addresses since your marriage. It takes some planning, more than just putting your name on some bills.  There is some good advice on a sticky here how to do this.  You want to show that you and your spouse share a financial life and assets, such as rent or mortgage, a car, insurances, payments to credit cards, shared checking, etc.  If you search you will find lots of good ideas.   It will take some time to put this together.
