I remember when I did my K1 visa in 2011 the Buenos Aires embassy sent me an email with the packet attachment with the interview date and the forms they needed me to fill out to bring to the interview plus any missing document. I did not have to schedule the interview. I did schedule the medical. I don't know if the procedure there something changed now.

Maybe you can contact these members that had their K1 interview  recently. They may able to answer specific questions related to that embassy.

I need some help with the k1 visa please does my fiancé do the ds160 form before everything else or does she get the medical exams and other stuff before that

U can fill ur DS60 when u want but just send it after ur embassy have receive it... and then u pay the fee and schedule interview...

After u receive ur NVC number u can schedule ur medical exam, u have to have the results before the interview day...

So if NVC send u the email with ur case number schedule medical... fill the ds160 pay the fee and schedule ur interview if its ready in CEAC

Good luck...

Here is what you need. There is a copy of the P3 letter from your Embassy and that is what you follow. Do NOT follow the K-1 guide here as it is outdated and there is so much that is Embassy specific since the writing of that guide.

Here is thee P3 for Argentina:

Next, this is the Argentina US Embassy webpage:
