Whether one is for or against Condi's politics, this is something that is really beyond the pale.

I am a passionate believer in the first amendment but episodes like this really challenge my belief.

Why is it that one never hears those shock jocks fantasizing about sodmizing George Bush or Barack or ####### Chaney or any of the big wig male politicos?

The issue that really challenges my belief in free speech though is the book on "How to assassinate people" that was published way back when.

I'm up for a nut-hanging on this one as well. Thats just wrong and yeah, whatever, free speech - if they'd said that about ME, I'd be calling my lawyer pronto. And not because I don't have a sense of humor - I do, and it's actually quite twisted sometimes - but anyway, that's just amazingly bad form for anyone human.

There are some comedians who are outrageously raunchy and go way beyond what I find acceptable, however, what they say and how they say it, in the context of their performance makes a huge difference. This was done as an attempt at being outrageously humorous. It's not my kind of humor, but I'll defend their right to say it.
