09.2015 - Green Card received.

Lifes not fair. 

 

suck it up. you're still within normal processing times. They dont go in numerical order.

i 485, 130, EAD and AP

04/09/2019    NOA1 received/check cashed i 485 and 130 (direct adjustment)

11/7/2019      Interview- Norfolk

11/10/2019    APPROVED (notification rec'd 11/10, approval dated 11/8)

DONE FOR TWO YEARS!!! ;)

 

Filed everything ourselves with no RFE's or delays.

 

CR1 for Child under 21 (20 at time of filing)- Filed by LPR Spouse for his son

4/4/20     Mailed packet

4/12/20   NOA1 rec'd

10/14/21 (havent heard anything... when do i start to get worried?)

9/15/22 APPROVED! Now to wait for NVC and interview....

10/14/21 Mailed to AZ PO Box. Let the waiting begin. Again.

"Fair" has nothing to do with this process I'm afraid. No one really knows the why they go in the order that they do. I watched a lot of people's petitions get approved before mine, and yeah, it bothered me, but you gotta let it go because there's nothing you can do about it. Sit tight, keep your head on straight, and wait. That's all you can do. Being upset won't move the petition forward any faster, and it'll just eat you from the inside out.

 

You're still within normal processing times, by the way. There are some who have been waiting longer than you. It's just a long process I'm afraid.

Thank you.I am just emotional:((I know nothing I can do about it...Especially when I see people behind me already got approved.It makes me sad.I quitted my job back from New Zealand to my home country just to apply for this visa.😭😭😭it’s the longest visa I have ever expected.Hope ours coming soon.Keep praying ✊️✊️✊️✊️✊️Still a lot to do after arrive in the states :)
