My NOA 1 is Dec. 20, CSC. From the Time Line information on VJ, they are processing K-1 visas accepted Dec. 29 and later.

I've heard nothing.

Is anyone else in my position?

I'm a little worried my application has been missed or something else.

Any help or experiences are appreciated.

Everyone starts panicking when they see others after there date being approved. There is no need to worry. Ur time will come. Once u have passed 210 days u can contact uscis for a update.

This happens every single month. There's people from June 2017 still waiting also. If u think a couple days is a big issue. Put ur self in there shoes. They been waiting over a year already.

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

When you see, on VJ, that " they are processing K-1 visas accepted Dec. 29 and later", it only means SOME are being processed from that date.  Every case is different, and every person who is processing cases is different.  Some are slower, etc.

Yeah, seems longer than usual, but I see things slowing up with all those DACA apps they have to work on as well.  Mine went from NOA1 to NVC received in a day short of 5 months.  I would be nice if even they could have volunteers to shuffle paper around to help out. and I agree that this new policy of denying apps as placeholders is a good thing and may speed real apps up a bit.
