Hi! Anyone here who can help me in accomplishing Ds 160. I'm having trouble at the "previous work/education" part. I have answered and saved all information, but each time I click next and go back to check, I always go back to this. 😔

I have repeatedly answered and saved this part but it always disappears when reviewed. Also didn't appear when I tried to print the whole application.

Truthfully, no member on here can help you with this. I never had that happen to me, no person I know who filled this application has ever experienced what you described either.

It might be a bug. Probably a bug, but since the form is interactive, certain answers also prompt certain questions. I could see how "no" answers would make those questions not appear at all when you review, for example. What do you fill in? Are you employed, in which line of business? Or unemployed/in school?

I would say try to create a new one... But I know it sucks to have to fill it all out again.

I did click YES, answered all the required fields again, saved again, but when clicked REVIEw, it disappears.. I have read some posts here saying it might really be a bug or some issue with my browser.

Well I've read some posts with the same issues on this site, so I'm trying my luck. Maybe someone can help. Thanks anyway.

I don't know about your forms, but when I completed our forms, I filled in what I could on the PDF form, and there are areas that never allowed me to type in, so I left them blank, and when done, I printed it all out and completed the missing info by hand.  I mailed in my stuff, and did not "file" on line.

Possibly try using another browser, as you indicated.

Probably an issue with browser cache or something.

Try this:  Answer the section.  Save your DS-160.  Clear browser cache, cookies, history.  Close browser.  Wait a bit.  Open browser.  Retrieve your DS-160.  Review details.

i guess no harm on trying but im actually filling it with ingconito so theres nothing to clear

but also i have tried it with non ingcognito, plus i tried internet explorer 11 or whatever is the latest.

im encountering 2 problem

1) previous work and education, its on the same page, if i just continue the next button i would not see this totally.. but if im at works i click next then i will click back "previous" then this page will appear, i will then answer and save and continue with answering, but when i tried to check where is it, its gone again and i have to redo the same thing again and again

2) my fiance US address - state and zipcode, same with item 1, although this i can see the page but whenever i fill it up go to next and again i try to review everything  and when i reached that page those information disappeared... arghhhhhhh

so my solution was, im gonna wait until im ready to submit to answer those question for the last time.. (since im not ready i dont have picture yet plus im stil wating for my case to be forwarded to embassy)

but problem is i read 1 thread here where, they tried to complete and when in the review page, they cant see that part..

if that happens to me, for work is ok because im currently more than 5 yrs in my work so if i dont fill more than that is ok, but how about education..arghh so frustrating

Strange.  But it does seem to be a recurring issue.

In any case, you're doing K1.  The interview would focus on your relationship.  Not a cause for worry if your work/education information is missing from the submitted form due to a system glitch.

@ourjourney_pc when you printed it? I thought after you submitted it, you print out only the confirmation page? Does it have any other info to be printed ? I’m having the same issue. Not sure if I should submit it just without “ previous “
