When I tracked my case, it says "At NVC

Please follow the instructions you received from the National Visa Center (NVC) that list the six steps you must take before NVC can schedule your visa interview appointment. This includes submitting to NVC various fees, forms and documents. Once NVC has received all the required items, they will let you know if anything is missing or incomplete. You can also find these instructions online at http://nvc.state.gov (English) and http://nvc.state.gov/espanol (Spanish). You will find contact information for NVC at http://nvc.state.gov/ask

I called the NVC and the customer care person says that the documentary case is completed that I should expecting mail from them regarding interview.

I want to know how long will I have to wait before I can be called for interview

Every embassy is different, it all depends on their load. My wife is in Romania and received her interview notice about 2 weeks after becoming documentarily qualified. But, keep in mind, the Bucharest embassy is not the busiest, so others will take longer. Not sure about Nigeria.

this is not only dependent on the embassy but on how fast the petitioner pays the fees and completes the needed documents (AOS, DS260 (last one by beneficiary)   along with supporting documents  and criminal report / having all this sent to NVC when requested

then things start to happen

Nigeria embassy at this time has decreased the staff and is backlogged on interviews (according to another VJ member)

be patience as you still have a long road

All AOS were submitted the same day and I check the  DS-260, Online Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration Application, the petitioner disappeared as well.. from all I have been reading, once you have At NVC and the petitioner disappeared, it means CC, I also confirm from the NVC customer care line.
