VJ Members , Is your case status changed when your reaffirmed case returned to USCIS for further review ?

 

Because mine is not change , it's still the same , been reaffirmed after USCIS told us that our case was returned to them by the department of state for further review.

People pls how many months does it for reaffirmed case at the NVC to be schedule for an interview ?

It took my case a full month, but i think it varies on the embassy

The NVC won’t schedule your interview. They have changed the process for reaffirmed cases at the Ghana Embassy. Once the NVC is done with what they need to do, they will send it along to the embassy. When the embassy as inputted the case into their system, you will get a letter with information on how you schedule the interview. I believe it will talke 1-3 months until you get the letter to schedule your interview.

Pls you said a letter , but I didn't give them my  post office box number only an email , how can I get my respond now , thanks !

After submitting our evidence , it only takes four weeks for us to get a decision from the USCIS that our case has been reaffirmed.

Hi I meant uscis reviw when case came back from embassy? My case back to uscis for review from embassy almost 1 year till now no responde yet

OK , it took five and half months from Ghana to reached NVC and almost six months exactly to reached USCIS too .

At USCIS it also took six months before USCIS issue us a letter for intent to revoke .

It takes twelve months approximately for us to hear from the USCIS that they did now received our case back from the NVC .
