Reapplying for k-1 visa with same spouse

I let our case go too long and was notified that it will expire 2 months ago.  Can I re apply with the same fiancé for k-1? Will there be any issues? Or should we try another way such as marriage visa?  Thank you for all of your support.

If you're already married then k1 visa is out of question.

how much do you really care if you let it go that long that its about to expire? Do what needs to be done so you are not out the application fee (and any other fees youve paid) again. 

 

anyways, yes, you can petition the same person.

 

You can marry and file a CR1 if you want.

 

whatever you want to do.

 

See if you can edit title, because a fiance is not a spouse.

You can file again.  No worries.

 

Advised not to make that fiancé / spouse mistake in anything you file LOL.....
