It will apply to all applications received after Sept 11, 2018.

I can't seem to find a clear answer on this: when can you file for citizenship? Is it 90 days before the 3rd anniversary of receiving the green card?

Thanks for you help.

90 days before the date your first  green card was issued.

You can calculate it here also.

Filed today and case status is now available on egov :)

I was pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to complete the form and upload all my evidence (I had read about upload problems, but I guess they fixed the system!)

Piyush- Are you applying under 5 year employment category? Why do we have to submit so many documents?

Looks like they are applying under the 3 year rule, because 3 years of tax transcripts!

CJKylie- Did you get any email or text when the case status changed to receipt sent?

No, the only email I've received is the payment receipt.

It is only the egov.uscis.gov website case status that is showing that notice; the main my.uscis.gov website says the following:

You successfully submitted your form

We are processing your form. It can take up to 48 hours for all of your case information to show on your home page.

We will notify you when we take an action on your case. You can edit your email and text message notification preferences in your profile.

I got the same message yesterday. Today I can see my receipt notice under documents. But I did not get any email saying that the receipt notice is available.

Today my account has updated and I can view the completed N-400 form and my uploads in the Documents tab :)

Estimated 11 months completion time!
