Yes.. Per NVC's instructions. I specifically asked them. They said make sure all pages have the case number on them. Top right corner is best.

Ok thanks. My husband will be sending out our package this weekend

Question.

1. I'm the petitioner. Do I need to send photocopy of my birth certificate?

2. I sent original of marriage certificate (with certified translation) with my I-130 application. NVC should have it. Will I be asked to send photocopy of marriage certificate again??

3. Does petitioner (naturalized US citizen) need to submit police records as well?

Ok but adar24 said the benificiary should responsible to sign for ds260. Im the beneficiary actually ir5

If your petitioner put himself/herself as your agent, then he/she can sign it for you using your passport number unless you are the one filling up your own ds260. I am my mom's petitioner/agent and I signed her ds260 online using her passport number when i did hers online. But regardless of who fill up the ds260 online, it's still going to be your signature (passport #) that needs to be used.

Abies so if your not pivot why were you waiting for case number at eight weeks I'm bit confused I though visa journey members said pivot gets process for faster than non pivot cases?

Yea. Recently pivot cases became faster than non pivot and they send their aos/iv package via email unlike us that are non pivot we sent our packages via snail mail.

The advantage with non pivot is that we get Case Complete before pivot case In other words, our aos/iv  package goes through review faster and shorter than pivot cases.

If she is a part time student, she should have filled that information the employment history section. DS260 has separate sections for education and employment history.

No she is a full time student she works part time that's why she put student in primary section

Hello.

1. It's probably safer to send it (according to NVC reps I talked to).

2. I do think you need to send this again.

3. No.

And some other information about Brazil in case you don't have it: Brazil is Pivot so you will submit everything online through the CEAC system, and you can prepare now by scanning everything. Also make sure you have both state and federal police certificates because you need two for Brazil. Good luck!
