My husband came in with a B1 B2 visa. I would like to file for him but I have no idea what forms to file. We went to the lawyers but it was too expensive. I believe I can do it myself but I need help with the forms to file. Am not sure which one to file. I saw that they have one for an alien relative abroad but nor for an alien relative living in the US. Please help!

What happened to your previous I-130 filed in April 2017? Is this the same spouse?

1/2/18: EAD + AP approved (no website update), 1/5/18: EAD + AP mailed, 1/8/18: EAD + AP approval notice hardcopies received, 1/10/18: EAD + AP received

9/5/18: Interview scheduled notice, 10/17/18: Interview

10/24/18: Green card produced notice, 10/25/18: Formal approval, 10/31/18: Green card received

They probably didn't want to wait and went with aos from b visa. ;) or well.. "changed their mind" after POE.
