NBC preps documents for an interview. In other words, your I-751 went to NBC because it will be adjudicated at he same time as N-400. Be prepared for a combo interview, with supporting documentation, etc.

If you call USCIS, let us know what they say.

The latest notice I got was my N-400 interview getting scheduled.

I'll let you know if I call USCIS, but it looks like it will be a combo interview for sure.

Thanks for your sharing, I guess it's my turn to share my journey so hope it helps whoever is still waiting.

I sent my I-751 package in July 25, 2018 to California Service Center, got receipt date 8/2/2018. I received waived fingerprint letter on 3/9/2019 but received another biometric appointment on 7/4/2019. Got finger print on 7/18/2019. Case approved on 9/17/2019 and card received on 9/21/2019. However, I still got my I-751 interview appointment on 9/25/2019, 1 week before my N-400 interview (it was mistake from USCIS as they tried to do combo interview)

I submitted my N-400 online on 6/25/2019, took finger print on 7/16/2019, got interview schedule letter on 8/22/2019 and my interview was on 9/30/2019 (Kansas City, MO)

As I already received green card so they didn't allow my husband to be in the room for my citizenship interview. Everything went well.

@implife: No, it was in California Service Center all the time, I think that's the reason why when I had my N-400 interview schedule, USCIS in Kansas City didn't realize my I-751 was approved 1 week before they sent I-751 interview schedule (date and time was the same as my N-400 interview schedule). I think they tried to put combo interview at that time.

My GC arrived in the mail today! Now I know why USCIS took so long to approve my case - they were timing it so that I receive the GC exactly on my birthday!

My application got to CSC on 07/30/2019

I got the 'biometrics reused' nonsense in March 2018 only to have to do it anyway on 07/19/2019

The case was never transferred anywhere. The status appeared up-to-date on the old (egov) website but not on the new (my.uscis) website.

While waiting for I-751 approval, I went ahead and filed N-400 online on 10/20/2019, silently hoping that this would somehow motivate them to dig out and approve my I-751.

Today, 11/02/2019, I saw in the daily USPS e-mail that a letter from USCIS was coming. Since the egov site wasn't showing any case status changes, I thought it was probably something regarding the N-400, even though the biometrics letter for that arrived only yesterday. But then I received a text and soon after that an e-mail saying the the I-751 status did change. And sure enough, the egov site now said not even that the case was approved, but that the GC had already been DELIVERED. The my.uscis site still shows only 'case received' for it, even though from my early experience I can say that it is waaay more useful for the N-400 case (I was actually able to download the N-400 biometrics appointment letter from it a week before it came in the mail) but that's a topic for another forum. For now, that's it from me here. Thank for all the moral support on this (visa)journey to you all!

Longtime reader and finally able to post with some good news. Approval Notice received today by mail. Apparently the new website updated but did not send an email notification for my case. Old website still shows information not available.

Submitted my I-751 package on 7/25/18 to California Service Center, notice of action dated 8/3/18.

Waived fingerprint notice on 3/8/19 followed by request for new bio-metrics on 6/28/19. Bio-metrics completed 7/17/19.

Approved on 11/1/19. Card to be mailed. Not yet received.

Filed N-400 on 7/21/19, waiting on appointment for San Francisco, CA originally estimated at 10 months looking more like a whole year at this point.

I was starting to get worried but it seems that USCIS is just overwhelmed at this point. Also, the websites (old and new) are not very reliable in posting updated information (or notifying you when they update).

We got an email at 6:31 am saying action has been taken on our case, but nothing shows online Other than finger print approved 83 days ago..... I can’t seem to figure out how to get it touch with somebody at the center....

anybody experience this? My account is locked and I’ve not had luck with that either 🤨
