Thanks in advance for helping

1. If the USC was a student and unemployed  in 2017 and had no income what kind of proof would need to accompany the form I-864 ?

2. What is the for I-130 A for ? I thought form I-130 was enough.

You can request a 'Verification of Non-filing Letter' from the IRS and accompany it with a letter stating why you did not file taxes.

Thank you so much for helping me.

If my current job is new (less than a month old)  is a letter from HR showing how much I will be making ok? Is it bad if I just recently started working there ?

If I get a 2nd job do I just send letters from each employer showing how much I earn?

Hello . When you file form i-130 , you dont need to send form i864. Unless you plan (i-485 adjusting the status)  at the  same time. But for form i-864 , if you didnt have any income for 2017, but you are working now , you gotta send in a letter from the employer . Stating the date you started working there , the position , full time or part time and how much you earn . You also need to attach pay stubs for the past 6 months . I attached pay stubs for the past 8 months lol , Thats how i did it . And got it approved . Lemme know if you have anymore questions
