A simple question....I hope: I have seen that you are supposed to copy both front and back of the petitioner’s BC.  My California BC doesn’t have anything printed on the back side of the document.  Do I copy a blank page?

Where did you see this???  The form instructions?

Just copy the front side and put in the spaces provided at the end that nothing is written on the back of the birth certificate.

Thanks for pointing out that there are discrepancies in the information that is out there...even in this helpful website.  As a new person here, I will make sure that I try not to irritate some folks with my uncertainty.

Its recommended to do so only because some states do print information on the back. My Missouri BC has a string of numbers on the back of it.
