I apologize, I may be misunderstanding your question. Are you saying you've already responded, and are asking for validation on what you sent back for the RFE? Or are you asking for guidance/suggestions in order to respond to the RFE?

As the letter states, the suggest evidence is just that - a suggestion. What is listed may include, but is not limited to those items. So if you are saying you provided things on that list, or similar, but did not have letters to each other (the part marked out), no, I don't think that specific thing will cause a denial. These are not required items/documents, just suggested evidence you could provide.

Håll ut, y'all.

Your RFE is because they are questioning when or if you have met.

Resubmit with EVERY bit of documentation you have. The list they provided lists the types of things that they want, not that you have to include ALL of them.

Even if you submitted it with your initial application, resubmit it again, with additional evidence (phone/chat logs, photos, passport stamps, boarding passes, etc)

i 485, 130, EAD and AP

04/09/2019    NOA1 received/check cashed i 485 and 130 (direct adjustment)

11/7/2019      Interview- Norfolk

11/10/2019    APPROVED (notification rec'd 11/10, approval dated 11/8)

DONE FOR TWO YEARS!!! ;)

Filed everything ourselves with no RFE's or delays.

CR1 for Child under 21 (20 at time of filing)- Filed by LPR Spouse for his son

4/4/20     Mailed packet

4/12/20   NOA1 rec'd

10/14/21 (havent heard anything... when do i start to get worried?)

9/15/22 APPROVED! Now to wait for NVC and interview....

ROC

10/14/21 Mailed to AZ PO Box. Let the waiting begin. Again.

10/16/21 Received at PO Box

10/19/21 Received Text NOA1

10/23/21 Received Mailed NOA1

It's not required, but by "letters" they mean any communication between you two after you met, referencing the stay you guys had together, what you did, how you felt etc. It adds credibility because any couple from two different countries who meet up would be talking about that meetup regularly afterwards.

You should probably have posted this when you got the RFE, not after you've already responded to it.
