One needs to bring the oath letter to attend the ceremony, and I believe it has a questionnaire that needs to be answered abut any changes since the interview. My question, when one applies online, do they get to download that oath letter and take it to the ceremony, or do they have to obtain the hard copy that arrives in physical mail?

You have to wait for the hardcopy to arrive in the mail, as the online version does not include the questions that need to be filled out.

I beg to differ. I think the questionnaire part is available on the online documents form together with the oath letter. What they do say though is that they should not be double-sided when printing. They have to be printed on separate pages.

I applied online.  The questionnaire portion was not included in the PDF version of the oath letter either with or as a separate page for printing.

Ok my bad didn’t realise that. It may be a new thing then because I received my oath letter pdf and it came through with both ceremony info n changes form after interview.

Mine had the ceremony date/place/info on it, and just mentioned that I needed to fill out the questionnaire on the back, and detailed what the questionnaire would be about....but no actual questionnaire included in the PDF download.  You were able to print out the actual checklist/signature page?

P.S. - you may want to change your profile, it reads you are still pending your ROC :)

Yes I will to the bolded. That’s because I applied for Naturalization whilst ROC was pending. But sure I will update that.

Ok maybe they changed and started including the questionnaire online as well.

Thank you ALL very much. This discussion is a treasure trove of information. I will watch carefully for physical mail in case it comes before an online update, and if it appears online first with the questionnaire included I'll simply print it.

Can someone please help me and let me know the web and how to download my oath ceremony note. I have an account but not see any links to download this or any other notices

Does your receipt number start with "IOE" or "NBC"? Someone correct me on this, but I'm unsure of whether NBC receipts receive documents online. As for IOE, once you log into your USCIS DHS Account, there should be a "Documents" tab with all the letters up to date. It takes a few days from when your case is updated to when the document shows up online. Sometimes, this may depend on USCIS office, certain documents are not uploaded.

When did you get your notice of the oath being scheduled? The notice itself should've arrived in the mail within a week after that. If it hasn't call the USCIS service number, and tell them this. The level 1 people won't be too useful, but you'll be transferred to a level 2 person who can tell you the exact day/time of the oath. If the call is within 5 days of the oath, they can fax it to you (e.g. you can use a Faxing app).
