Hi there,

I've finished my stokes interview the other day.

I filed AOS in July 2004 and had an interview at local office with my husband in the following October.

We did not learn about this process or anything, so at the interview we didn't bring photo album.

We jus showed the officer 3 photos.

The officer was mean and she asked so many difficult questions such as "what's your mom-in-law's phone ?"

We received a letter which indicated STOKES INTERVIEW a month later.

Then here we are now in 2006.

We've been waiting and waiting and finally got the interview the other day.

I was told by my lawer that the interview would be long and be held sepatetly from my hubby.

This time we brought our photo albums and as soon as the officer saw our album, he said "you guys are a real couple. There is no reason to suspect you are not real".

I will receive the card soon.

I just wanted to let you know please make sure you keep all the photos taken with family and friends.

Thanks for writing me back.

I am very happy the officer belived we are real couple.

However, I have to wait for the card for a while.

My 2nd wedding anniversary will be held in next month.

Officer told me he won't process until the anniversary because he wants me to have an unconditional green card.

So I wanna know how long will take to get the green card.

I have to go abroard in June.

I put this article in different section.

I am wondering if I should apply for AP or just wait for GC.
