Interview but medical hasn’t been sent over yet? (U.K.)

First off...let me vent about how sick of this I am. The whole process just to get the love of my life here has caused me more stress in a year than I have had in my entire freaking life time!

Now to my issue sue at the moment. Finances medical was May 26th...interview is June 12th. Well his GP still hadn’t got his full medical records yet because they sent them off to the NHS years ago. They put in an urgent medical records request to the NHS May 18th (their screw up not my fiancé’s that another story that isn’t important now). Well he contacted Knightsbridge before his medical explaining this. They told him not to cancel, bring what he had (what they still has on file) and they would take care of the rest. When he got there they more or less told him they were confident he was up to date on his shots because he was English born citizen and would have needed them for school. Not worry everything would be handled. No worries for us...until yesterday. They contacted him telling him they still hadn’t got the records and they were going to hold the medical until they had them to send to the embassy to go ahead with the interview and not to worry. WELL, we’re worried. He has basically harassed his GP and the NHS number they gave him. His GP told him it SHOULD be here by June 8th and the NHS told him it’s gone from the first department to the next to be sent to his GP but how long this could take they didn’t say. He’s stressed out and worried and now no longer looking forward to his interview. I’m stressed and worried. We’re having petty fights which I realize now is stupid. Our love and relationship is so much stronger than this process.

Has as anyone experienced this? What kind of delay are we looking at? If Knightsbridge does receive his records by the end of next week and send it straight over to the embassy will it automatically get issued (obviously counting the 7-10 business days it could take to arrive to him)? Are we just going to be delayed the time it takes them to receive it, send it, and embassy to receive it? Or are we looking at weeks possibly months of a delay? I’ve read a horror story on here about one person in administrative processing for two months after interview for pending medical results? I don’t want that to be us. It can’t be. I need him and miss him so much.

As always thanks in advance for the advice and guys be kind to me on this one. I’m feeling totally defeated at the moment. As soon as I think we’re good we’re to the finish line BOOM this happens. :(

He could have got the jabs done at the Medical, not sure why his Doctor does not have his records.

Has he always had the same GP? I wonder if a past doctor might have copies of his records

Ok, he called Knightsbridge today and they told him that email was sent in error. Everything is fine with his medical that it was actually sent over and arrived yesterday. They updated him on the shots he needed when he went. Don't ask me which ones it was I can't remember. So nothing will be delayed because his medical results were fine and from what I could tell from what they gave him they marked his vaccination record complete but if we read it wrong...what all needs to done on our end for AOS? I've read we just need to find a civil surgeon to fill out the medical exemption signing that his vaccinations have been completed that a medical isn't necessary. I told him honestly don't worry about it we'll go on with our plans like normal and worst case scenario we may get a RFE for the AOS in which we'll handle it and send it back off. Opinions?

Knightsbridge will not mark the results section "complete" for a K1 on the vaccination form.  If you ask them they may make a note on page 2 saying shots for AOS have been given. If all the needed shots are listed on the form, he is supposed to be fine for AOS.  Since you don't know the shots or anything about it I won't go any further than saying he may have enough without seeing (and paying) a civil surgeon. Nothing he can do now differently since the medical report is done.
