had a quick question for you since you already had your interview in May. I just had mine yesterday and we were told application approved and handed a green letter. As expected we were told it takes roughly 2 weeks to receive the passport back.

 

just curious did you log on and check the status of your application after? We logged on this morning and both mine and my husband’s says “administrative processing” which to me means further being evaluated, although we were told it’s approved. I’m a little concerned so if you could help shed any light on this, I’d be super grateful!

Didn't have to call! IL arrived at 3:36 am, interview June 29th, at 7:30.  Hope there are many more to follow!

I think, IR/CR wait times will be reduced to a matter of hours, kinda like a drive thru... EB applicants, however, will continue telling tales of patience and how their journey was to Mordor... s

Anyone who had completed their case at NVC in February got interview date yet? I contacted Montreal consulate and they are telling NVC is responsible to schedule visa interview dates but in my understanding consulate has to give them time slots. I do not know why they are very slow in scheduling interviews, very frustrating.

I live in Canada. I assume you are referring to tax returns made in US otherwise why would they be interested in looking at my Canadian NOA ?! Should I take it to prove my income and that I am a tax paying citizen?

EB3 also taking 5 to 6 months for the interview, I think only Montreal Consulate is taking long time to schedule employment based visa interviews. Can we do anything for that like contacting senators or anything else. Please advise. Thanks

Just wait buddy. Patience is virtue. They are busy that's why they take so long. Complaining to senators cannot help. I have heard of cases being expedited by NVC if they are working in the U.S.

Congrats. Super Fast. Don't change it just go go go....it will be worth it. Enjoy London. I wish I could switch to London as well and get a quick date. When was your case complete ?

Congrats! Glad it worked out. For Montreal, I bet the Feb CCs will hear about July interview this Friday, per historical trend. Please keep us updated.

To change to London, do we need to be UK citizen or does't matter?

 Thank you!! yes we have decided to just go and face the music. I’m so looking forward to going back to the UK for a bit as well I miss the food ! 🙂 my case complete was literally around May 22/23rd :)
