BIO. APPT FOR THE SECOND TIME?

So situation is as follows: filed AOS in 9/2017 got rejected 11/2017 but I had already attended the bio. appt.

so now I'm re applying and was wondering if I would have to do the bio appt again? or are they still valid? Anyone can help me would be great!

was just wondering if you had to do the bio appt a second time? And if they gave you a new noa date after your first application was rejected

Haven't been in your shoes, BUT

Logically if you will receive a new bio appt letter I would strongly suggests to show up and do it again. It is like 5 minutes process. You can mention to the person at the bio app that you already had one from before, but I don't think that is going to cause problems for you, not showing up would do.

I applied for AOS/EAD/AP a first time in September, application rejected in late October, because the check bounced. I already did the biometrics at this time. I sent a new application, got new case numbers and now I guess I have to wait for a new Bio appointment notice. I think it should arrive this week, since I received my NOA1 last Friday.
