When I submitted our K1 back in June of 2017--we were expected for NOA 2 in September. Our "expected"  date changed probably 3-4 times. The last time it changed, it was still wrong. Our NOA 2 came around 2 - 3 weeks after the expected date. I would not rely on visajourney expected dates since VJ is only a very small fraction of all K1 visa filers--it's got a close estimate but I've yet to see anyone who actually got their NOA 2 with their expected dates.
