I produced everything. Also my ex wife filed the divorce a US citizen now. She has a boyfriend in England.

Your EX was a USC when she filed?    That works.

Yes

So where does that leave me?

You can complete the recognition process, just need proof of your EX's USC at the time of the divorce filing would be my thinking.

CFO is the guardian at the gate, your asawa is not leaving the Philippines without that certificate.

What did CFO ask for regarding  this?

Annulment of my previous marriage , certified copy of marriage application.

Appears they are grabbing for the short hairs as you do not have an annulment or a recognition of divorce in the Philippines.

I don't see a happy ending here.

All would have been fine if you had completed a K-1 fiancee visa .. but that is not the case here.

I wish I could add something to help.

I am surprised you were able to get married twice in Philippines.

What is your next plan of action to take?

I sent out a email to the attorney that advertises here on this site. I think my only option is getting the divorce decree recognized in the courts there. They say 6 months to a year. I will have to process her immigration papers slowly to slow down her apptoval. Maybe with some luck I can get it done in time. I am so surprised we got this far without anyone red flagging it. It's crazy!

I'm confused, he makes it sound like HE (US citizen) needed a CENOMAR if I read that right? I didn't think non Philippines citizens have CENOMARs? I can see how he needs to show proof of marriages/divorces but I'm totally confused with this thread.

How do I get the divorce recognized?

Rapid Visa and attorneys tell me there's no problem and I don't need a Annulment as I am not or ever was a Philippine Citizen.

There is your problem, you used Rapid Visa! And this is exactly why I'm confused....your not a Philippine citizen.

They never used to but they are requiring them now.

Interesting, I'm guessing in your first marriage that you did a ROM and they put you into their system or during the marriage process. It sounds like your in a bad predicament. But honestly you should have known better, everyone from the Philippines or married to a Philippines citizen knows that they don't recognize divorces within the Philippines!
