Good day everyone!

Do I have to notarize the third party sworn affidavit in the U.S Embassy ?

One more question, as long my husband and me don't live together and the third party affidavit would hurt more than being a useful evidence. What should we do ? He visited me in Cairo 7 times in the past 15 months!

My husband and me don't live together, he visited me 7 times in Egypt and we have a lot of pictures together and with our families in our wedding ceremony. Beside our calls, hotel bills of our vacations in Egypt, whats app chats, western union receipts, our marriage document notarized from the foreign affairs and the embassy and many other evidence. We were thinking about the third party sworn affidavits, but I don't know where to notarize it in Egypt to send it to him. What else we can do for more evidence ?

Pictures of time spent together, call and chat logs, passport stamps are all good. Forget about affidavits if you have plenty of other evidence of a bonafide relationship :)

As with the OP, 7 visits is a lot.  Concentrate on evidence of time spent together in person.  It trumps everything else anyway.  Forget about affidavits from third parties.  You did NOT need your marriage document notarized by foreign affairs and doing so does not help.  Focus on the relationship.  The legal marriage document speaks BEING legally married, without any additional documentation.  Lots of "legal" marriages are NOT bona fide.

Show evidence of those visits and forget all about any affidavits.

I sent wedding photos/us signing wedding documents with witnesses, passport stamps and boarding passes. I have a ton of pictures of us spending time together and daily chat logs on my phone but didn't send as they would need to be printed to physical copies and sorted by date.

Will see how that goes, if they end up asking for more evidence I will just send it.
