So, my office, Phoenix, is in 79th place... "awesome." It makes sense, since I filed my AOS on April, 2017.

There you go. The numbers make more sense once you look through this chart and see how many applications were received, approved, denied and how many were still pending at the end of the quarter. Minneapolis has over 5000 pending right now. Same for Phoenix. The fastest place, Cleveland, OH does not have that many.

I-751 Joint Filing.

06-15-2021 - Case was updated to show fingerprints were taken.

05-26-2021 - Received NOA/extension letter. Notice date and postmarked 05-20-2021.

05-23-2021 - Received text message with Receipt #. YSC Potomac Center.

05-21-2021 - Checks cashed (processing on joint checking account)

05-07-2021 - I-751 received in Arizona.

Marriage-based AOS - Concurrent filing.

05-07-2019 - AOS Approved. Resident since date 05/07/2019.

05-06-2019 - AOS Interview

04-23-2018 - "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview"

03-16-2018 - Priority Date.

One positive side of it is that I saw a person that filed from Oakland Park, Fl, and it took her 16 months to get an interview letter. So in her case it was pretty accurate.

I couldn't edit it anymore, but I want to add: it could mean my interview letter can come in the next couple months!

@USC4SPOUSE, but your case seems to be going fast! It's already in the "ready to be scheduled" phase. Not that it means much, lol.

Well, it's anticlimactic, isn't it? It will sit there until the Minneapolis Field Office gets to my case. But wait, they might decide to serve additional states in addition to North Dakota, South Dakota, & 1/2 of Wisconsin. I was told that if you retain an attorney elsewhere and set your attorney's office as your safe address, then your interview will be at the field office that services that area. So I am working on that right now.

I think they should have a checkbox that says "I am willing to travel to other field offices for my adjustment of status interview". That would certainly keep the line going.

I would think so! Do you have USPS informed delivery? If you don't, it might be good for you to have it. All letter sized mail is scanned and if you don't receive it, you can initiate the recovery process/investigation right from your dashboard.

Yes, I do. Someone recommended it here. I'm checking it everyday since, lol.

Interesting! Are you sure about that?

Refugees do that. I know someone who hired an attorney in NY but lives in FL. Then, her biometrics appointment was set in NY. The I-693 letter was also sent to NY. This person ended up doing a change of address because she is in a city in FL that has faster processing times. However, the same should apply if I hire an attorney, say in Cleveland, OH or Portland, ME. I will know tomorrow. I am calling a couple of places tomorrow. I shall report back. :)
