Hello everyone 

I had asked this question before but no body answered it once again 

my fiancé called uscis last week she speaks to tiar 2 and they told her that our case is approved but since that it’s second week we didn’t receive anything mail and online is still saying case was received on August 21 2017.  And they told her that she will receive approval on Saturday but we didn’t receive on last Saturday what should we do now?

It is normal for it to not reach your fiancé yet. It is just mailing system.

It can take a long time for USCIS to send it to NVC. Ours took two months. Just check USCIS website every day for an update and I would call NVC once a week to see if they have received it.

What date was your case got approved? Has it been 2 weeks? If yes, call NVC they might have your file already.

but we didn’t receive noa2 

can we call them even if we don’t have noa2?
