My fianée live in the Philippines and she does not have a postal address. How do I fill out the address part of the form?

She gets NO mail now?  nothing?  That should be corrected asap because after all is said and done, they will mail her the Visa on her passport via Currier to her location.  She should at least get someone with a steady address for "in care of" kind of mail.

My husband comes from a country where no mail is used.  For the biographical part, we used the designation on the deed.  It may be a lot or parcel number.  Or else give the descriptive address. .

We went electronic from there so everything came via email, which is preferable regardless.

He got a PO Box for a mailing address though he never received anything at it.

My experience with this subject is limited...  There should be a place near your gals home, like a sari sari store that accepts mail for people who live nearby.  For example, my gals family get their mail at a sari sari store that has an area setup in the store for mail and charges for use his mailboxes to the nearby residents.

Also, your gal can use a mailbox at the sari sari store to get her mail and use the sari sari store at the mailing address.
