Any news about AOS cases? I understood 4 months ago that they stopped with these because they wanted to focus on the working ones but..4 months? it has been 13 months since I started this process and it's amazing how they won't say anything or even try to touch a couple of AOS cases. I don't even get why it would take such a long time to schedule an interview.

Where did you get the info that they stopped working on AOS cases for 4 months?  It has been a long wait.  Have you had any update at all on your online   USCIS account?

Someone told me some time ago that now and then they stop working on certain cases to focus on others because of the amount of it or so. It happened last year on 2017 christmas but it happened for like 2 months. We are up to 4 months of waiting and they didn't even try to keep going with ours!!

It includes USCIS responses to congress about complaints that have been filed.  Interesting read.

Today would be 1 year exactly when my wife and I received her NOA1 for her AOS, EAD, AP applications.  We had her biometrics completed last year on 9/19/2017.  We never thought it would take over a year to complete this process.

We still have no word on my wife's AOS status.  We filed for an EAD/AP combo card renewal, just in case it goes past 11/20/2017 - The day our original EAD/AP combo card was approved.

Just wanted to catch up with everyone whose AOS applications are processing from the Seattle service center, and see if you guys have had any good news or updates as.

I hope all are doing well...

Hi KimchiLumpia. I filed and they received around 9/11/2017, so I'm about to hit the 1 year mark next week. You're not alone.

We're at 13 months now...

The last Seattle interview posted was over a month ago...and the one before that was over 4 months earlier.

This is getting ridiculous. We've had to renew our EAD. I can't tell if the interviews are being not processed at all or just moving really slowly.

Wow! Movement? Oh that last one is not a K-1 visa.  I know it is very slow.  Hopefully things will start moving now soon!

Glad I found this thread! It seems like people are popping on every now and then.

I have felt super frustrated with the Seattle office and lack of data on where its at. I'm super glad I found others in the same boat! I'm an October filer, just sent in the EAD renewal last week (received it Dec 22). Its a bit frustrating that fees go up and the process gets slower.. but all we can do is wait!

Side note: it would be nice if this time waiting for the GC could go towards the time required to apply towards citizenship.. but thats wishful thinking :)

Yes!  It's good to know that you are not alone in the waiting!   It is a long process.  Hopefully there will be some movement soon for us all!

Welcome to this thread.  Hope we can all be a support to each other while we wait.

So I checked and they posted on the "process" that for family related they are on "October 2017". Normally they tend to say they are behind so..I would hope that they are processing early 2018?

That would be great. I sometimes check comments on May, June and July 2017 AOS filer's to see if there is any movement. To give me some hope that we are moving g forward.
