I've been MIA cuase works been crazy!!! Has anyone who was approved last wk or the wk before been sent to NVC?? I have no more data on my case except the NOA2! I'm glad for that but ready for it to get to the embassy!!!

I've been MIA cuase works been crazy!!! Has anyone who was approved last wk or the wk before been sent to NVC?? I have no more data on my case except the NOA2! I'm glad for that but ready for it to get to the embassy!!!

No unfortunately I am still waiting. Called CSC on 10/17. They told me my case had been signed out to the supervisor on 10/15. I called a second time the same day and they told me the same thing. According to the guys I spoke with, the supervisor is responsible for assigning the cases to their team members. I am really hoping to get approved this week :thumbs: You can see I am at day 147 since filing. Maybe you can throw some of your mojo my way

Yes, I am still in China. We went to breakfast. When we went back to the hotel I checked my e-mail. expecting to see nothing new.

But there they were. Two messages from CRIS. I thought I was dreaming!

So I checked the USCIS website. NOT DREAMING! :D

I hope to have the hard copy when I return home next week.

Our VJ adjudication date remains Nov 6, BUT when I logged into USCIS this morning...

hi all! oh god i am so upset, this am i checked my uscis site and it says we sent request for evidence. how long do you think it will take if our lawyer sends the evidence they need asap? we sent boarding passes, tickets, pictures,receipts for money,hotel reservations,cards...i don't know what happened. please if someone knows how long it will approx take let me know! ohh! :crying:
