HEY Mirla!!!!

Looks like you are definately up for next week. It seems like USCIS took the entire week off, Just one approval??? What's up with that? I was out of town for a couple days and thought i would return to a lot of happy feet on the board.

Come on USCIS what's wrong with you guys May filers need their NOA2 already!!!!!!!!!!!

Is that what you see on your crystal ball!!!!?????? God! I'm prying for it everynight and day!!! Let's see what happens cause this week has been low!!!

Do you live in Kingston???? I'm diying to go to Jamaica, my best friend was in Jamaica to years ago, she loved it! I don't know for how long cause she was in a cruise!

In 2005 my fiance and I went to a Jamaican party in NY, a friend of a friend! It was awesome!

I do live in kingston, It's awesome here. The entertainment and various resteraunt makes it a fabulous place. Every day of the week a party is on. It doesn't matter how old you are, Kingston has something for everyone. You should come down sometime, the Hilton Hotel is fabulous. :yes::yes:

I really don't know what VSC is doing these days. You might very well be after Mirla. I sure hope VSC don't push you guys back to October, that wouldn't be nice at all. I for one want to spend Christmas with my fiancee. But i'll be looking in my crystal ball tomorrow, then i can tell you where you are :lol::lol:

Police Check Request Sent: 18th October 07

Date Package Received By NVC : 16th November 07

Date Package Left From NVC : 21st November 07

Police Check Received: 26th November 07

Packet 3 Sent from Consular: 26th November 07

Packet 3 Received: ???? Sent to Wrong Address (forms and medical already prepared, printed checklist online and returned)

Packet 3 Returned: 6th December 07

Medical Exam London: 17th December 07

We've been approved since 08/31. I found this out this morning by calling USCIS. Supposedly, USCIS mailed me an approval notice on September 4th, 2007. Good luck those that are still waiting!! :dance:

NOA-2 approval letter sent!

03/10/2008 - Mailed AOS Appl.

03/13/2008 - NOA Notice Date.

03/15/2008 - NOA's for : I-485, I-131 & I-765

03/16/2008 - Case online.

03/22/2008 - Biometrics assigned date: 04/01/2008, Bio completed early .

03/24/2008 - AOS Touched.

03/27/2008 - RFE Letter : Dated.

03/31/2008 - RFE snail mail rec'd date ( EZ-864 / Missing birth certificate).

04/01/2008 - Mailed RFE response.

04/03/2008 - RFE document delivered to Lees Summit, MO @ 4:03 P.M:

04/07/2008 - AOS Touched, Current status: Response to rfe received, and case processing has resumed.

04/08/2008 - AOS Touched.

05/27/2008 - AOS Touched, received USCIS email indicated case transfered to CSC.

05/29/2008 - AOS Touched.

05/31/2008 - USCIS snail mail stating I-485 has been transferred to CSC to speedup processing.
