Hi, I need information about processing time for K1 visa, my Fiancé is from Philippines and this coming April I will send paperwork to immigration office here in USA for Fiancé Visa so if someone knows how long is processing time and also if she get that visa so how long she have to wait to be allowed to travel out of USA? Thank you!

Current processing timelines for a K-1 visa form I-129F petition to interview is about 8-10 months. This can change (in either direction) by the time your case is reviewed.

The visa is valid for up to 6 months, but is limited by the validity period of the medical exam. The medical at SLEC is valid for up to 6 months.

Once she enters the US on the K-1 visa, she will have 90 days of legal status. During that 90 day period she needs to marry you (or leave the US if that falls through...it's certainly happened).

Once married, she would file for AOS (I-485). Alongside AOS, she should file for an EAD to work (I-765) and AP to travel abroad (I-131). ETA for the EAD and AP is about 4 months or so from filling to approval (assuming no RFE/RFIEs or other issues).

The medical should be completed before the interview. The medical must be conducted by a panel physician, which is SLEC for the Philippines.

Edit: Note that she will need to complete the GCP to obtain a CFO sticker in her passport before she exits from the Philippines on the K-1 visa. This is a Philippines requirement, not a US one...but still worth noting. It only takes a day and the fee is fairly small, but just something to remember. She can attend the seminar before the interview, but she cannot get the sticker until after the visa is in her passport.

Don't get ahead of yourself.  Figure out the I-129F first.  You have many months to figure out the Embassy process...

YMMV
