Hey guys i need your help please
My wife (the petitioner) is unemployed right now, she is a university student, she only worked for 2 months in a restaurant and got paid by checks.  We have a joint sponsor for our case and he is going to file all the required documents but What should my wife file other than the i-864 .. she has no income ( as i said she is a student)

Even she has no income, she still required submit i-864. Besides that, she also send a letter explain why she not working and some kind of proof like class schedule.

Ok so her working for 2 months and then stopping doesnt require tax returns or w2s?

Just submit i864 along with the letter explain why she not working. If possible, she can get letter of non filling from IRS.
