Nope.  No medical.  Her green card should be arriving soon

YMMV

You have paid the fee for her green card, haven't you? I'm just making sure because a lot of people are not aware of this fee. My cousin applied for her parents and they came here. She didn't pay their green card fee and they kept on waiting for their green card for couple of months after arrival:P. Then someone told them about the fee, which they paid and received their green cards. I hope this is not the case with you.

I don't remember seeing anything called a "green card fee" ??

What form (I-? ) and associated fee are you referring to?

USCIS Immigrant fee to produce the green card.

In technical terms, it's called Immigrant fee and is $220/person. You can go this link: https://www.uscis.gov/file-online/log-online-filing and pay the fee. You will need your mother-in-law's visa details though, like A-number and department of state case ID. Hope this helps.

By the way, what did you do for her medical insurance? My parents will be coming in couple of days and I'm exploring my options.

Definitely the best option
