 I read there are 2 email addresses for the embassy. You have to use the correct one when they can reply to you.

Yes hamdoullilah, I got approved. Told me one week for visa pickup. Was pretty straightforward and easy. The CO was respectful and professional. He asked me about my fiance job, his daughter, what he does when he isn't working, and how we met. And told me I was approved. Good luck

did the officer asked you about why your fiancé previous marriage didn’t workout ?

your fiancé us citizen originally from Morocco or  us citizen born in the USA or other country ?

No he didn't ask me about anything else. Just simple questions, no detailes. He asked how many times he was married and that's all. And my fiance is American us citizen born not Moroccan. No problem I wish you the best.

after the interview when you check your case tracker online does it say Approved or still saying ready 

( assuming you dont have the visa on hand yet )

Doesn't say approved it says administration process and it's common for it than it will say issued.
