anyone help me out Timeline on Relationship

Anyone know how to write Timeline or Personal Statement to tell about relationship between you and your spouse. When you submit that ? thank you.

I wrote a simple letter addresses to USCIS with to whom it may concern. 

I started from the beginning of how we met, how the relationship progressed and what led to us making the decision to wed and then life after being married and submitted that with the rest of our package which included boarding passes from both of us. Pics of us since beginning to when we submitted, we also included affidavits from family and friends to attest that our relationship is real and that they know of the relationship prior to the wedding and also after. Those came from persons who attended the wedding. Had no RFE and just completed interview in which my visa was approved. I am now awaiting the actual visa in hand.

Very good answer.  Such a letter is often very important in a Vietnam case.  Submit it WITH the petition.  However, I would leave out affidavits from family and friends unless they actually OBSERVED the evolution of your relationship.  They aren't looking for character references or witnesses to a ceremony/attendees at a party.
