Thank you so much @Hank_.  No I'm no longer in taiwan for a year. :)

By the way there's a question in DS 160 just answer yes or no regarding the vaccination, do I need to ticked yes even I haven't done the medical?

Yes to ticking YES .    You will have the DS-3025 vaccination record upon completing the medical.

@Hank_ my fiancé is asking regarding the taxes cause we didn't saw this details in the link, is the amount of the money he make to support me on the financial guidelines, is it before or after taxes are taken out? Is this means that the guideline says he have to make 20000 per year does that mean before they take his taxes out it's 20,000 or after what's left over?

What is the best and fastest way to send his documents (a trusted one)? Is that okay if he will send it via LBC?

Best regards,  have a great days a head.

Link to the poverty guidelines is there, about half way down the page.  ;):)      For two people (himself and you) the income requirement is currently $20,300  GROSS (which means before taxes)

As for the fastest way to send the documents, most of them can be emailed as attachments and you can print them out.  Only the I-134 requires an original signature.   (I know of some that emailed that as well and to my surprise had no issues)     For one piece of paper if LBC is available that is what I would use, and if the rate is good to include the rest .. what the heck.. ;)

With all that said, even though income/support evidence is listed in the embassy instructions letter (For the K-1 visa the embassy changed the wording back in 2014 from SHALL to MAY , and many times they don't even ask for the support evidence, but to not have it and be asked will for sure cause delays).

@hank,  can you please tell me if I'm right.  I have my mnl#,  copy of nvc letter sent by my fiancé, I just need to print the receipt then go to bring,  then wait until 12 to 24 hrs to schedule online. My questions is, do I really need to fill-out the DS-160 to have an interview date though my fiancé didn't know when will his documents will be sent here in Philippines?  is that okay I will only conduct first the medical without filling out the DS-160 or it is really required to fill-out it so that I can have my medical? (cause I'm thinking to just do the medical first then later is to choose my interview date) this makes me confuse.  Sorry, I really need your help. Thank you so much.

What i did on ours is fill out the online registration for medical. That does not need an appointment. He was at SLEC at 4am, and he was 13th on the line already. Put N/A for interview date on the online registration because we have not paid the visa fee yet.

Then paid the visa fee at BPI after a fee days before the medical, after that I created the DS-160 and since the beneficiary has to submit electronic form, he submitted it on his side.

He just brought the confirmation form with him of the DS-160 and the visa interview.

Truly no reason to be at SLEC at 4AM for the medical.   Sleep in, arrive 30-60 minutes after they open.. no lines, and still get done with the 1st day with ease.  ;)

They will tell you on the first day of your medical exam. If you are asked to return the next day for vaccinations or go for vaccinations on the same day then you have past and will not have to complete sputum.

Good morning to all :) Thank you so much for the help.  Thanks God I got my result yesterday :) honestly been praying for the result (with the help of my fiancé and mother)  to be okay cause the people in St lukes says that the doctors are really strict in regards of xray.  I've waited long to call my name so nervous if they will say go to 2nd flr immunization or 2nd flr at doctors room. But glad I got vaccination after a long wait. :) Thank you Jesus.

Just one more my interview,  still waiting for my fiancé documents then I can Schedule for my interview hopefully and praying that I'll pass as well. :)

The interview is easy as long as you have what is listed in the instructions letter and have a genuine relationship.     Remember .. smile and look the CO in the eyes when speaking.
