Plane lands. Red carpet is set up. The steps are brought up to the door. Door opens. And.... everyone waited for a really long time... Guy got himself sozzled on the flight and couldn't get out of the seat His aides were probably trying to bring him around with coffee and hoping that he wouldn't say something out of drunken belligerence that would cause an international incident.
