Did your medical expire or is it next month?

2 days later after the interview Oct 19 2019

You are in your fifth month.  I was reading previous messages here on visajourney.  Some people getting visa after 4th month and in the fifth month. In sha Allah in this 5th month you will get issued.

my parents don't want to come here anymore.

How long has your parents case been in AP? Have you thought about filing Writ Of Mandamus? My father in law has had 2 interviews, been in AP for more than 2 years, submitted second medical in May 2019 (they told him visa would be issued after updated medical. Clearly that did not happen). We are debating if we should consult with a lawyer to file Writ of Mandamus. I hope your parents get their visa soon.

How many months has it been for you?

Oh, they have time to change statuses but not finalize the pending visa cases. Ughhhh! Never expected it to be this slow. It shouldn’t be too long for people in their fifth month.

Right. Hate this process. They have recieved the documents but they are taking too long just to review the documents. ? This is insane.
