Forgot to update that I got my EAD 12/26

You are so lucky. It's real quick to receive the EAD such time. I know some Orlando filers in Feb and March are still stuck at NBC.  We have no clue what they are doing. So keep waiting. Who knows you may receive interview sooner than us.

It came as a surprise really. But about the interview Isn't it FIFO?  Lots of interview notices from different offices lately but barely from Orlando

Now I don't think it's FIFO. Some got EADs and interviews earlier. No standard, no clue. Just pray as it comes.

true. EAD can vary though. Background check can cause delays if name is too common, Which visa did you adjust from

From student visa. I guess it also depends where you come from too.

Just updating: Received EAD/AP approval Jan. 4th and already got the combo card in the mail this week! 180 days total.

just saw that @carlos7 has interview soon. Finally a movement in Orlando. hope its a good start

It seems all February filers got interview notices now. Then they will move on March filers . It's still a looooooooooong way.

Yep, I have chatted with other 2 Orlando filers who have just received the interview notices a few days ago. However there is no update from March filers.
