Just as of yesterday,  we got a message that our case updated that as of 17th of January, our Interview was scheduled! We're just waiting for the letter in the post for the interview date and instructions now!

You should be hearing something very soon!

When I had my interview last year it took me three months to get approved. Somewhere in the middle we made an infopass appointment and filled in a form for the officer that worked on our case, asking if there were any news. Worked out 8n the end. It was also a simple case. Our interview went very well too.

Just received out green card as of yesterday! Orlando interview was super easy! They didn't evek ask for any documents!

Did you receive an RFE for the medical? If so, what did they check? Was it as invasive as the first one over seas?

Nope. They didn't look at a single document we brought. 

 

They only asked questions from the I-485 packet and that was it. Then we had a pleasant chat about tea vs coffee.

Awesome!! Thank you so much! we have been worrying they they would tell us to redo that stupid medical even though we filed within one year of it I was scared they were gonna make us do it anyways! You saved our day! We werent even excited yesterday to see that we were scheduled for an interview Cause we were so sure they were gonna be ####### about it - much love!! :D
