EAD and AP document timeline?

Is it normal that it takes more than 90 days to receive your temporary EAD and AP document? My case was recieved in Chicago on July 24 and I had my biometrics appointment about a month later. When I check my status online there is no new activity other than "we received your case on ..." . My i-485 which says its ready to be scheduled since back in early September.  Comparing to other timelines here it seems I should received my temporary work permit and travel document by now. Does anyone have any experience in this? Checking cause I might have a job I really need to leave for in december.

Thanks

Yes from what I have been seeing it is taking longer than the original norm of 90 days to receive your ap and ead cards. Things seem to have slowed down across the board.

A lot of July filers have been receiving their EADs and two of them(K visa) have got notice that their I-485 is approved so no interview for them. Have little more patience and you will receive your EAD very soon :)

I filed on 07/17/2017 (I130, I485, I765, I131) and got the status update on EAD mailed today (Day 93). So yea, it can take more than 90 days, but if you haven't got a RFE it should be fine.

BTW, I also move within the State since filing. I raised a Service Request through USCIS online system though on Day 84. You can try that too. Good luck!

74 days waiting. Last week I called them about the AP because I really would like to visit my family during Christmas, but they told me that they are working on AP received on the 20th of April 2017. I can't understand this timelines... Anyway, I am making other plans because I don't believe that the AP will be approved before December anymore.

Ok I finally got an update that my interview has been scheduled but still no EAD and AP (day 95 today). I should receive my temporary ead and ap card before the interview, right? Sorry I'm freaking out cause I have a really good job offer but it means I have to leave for a few days in December.

Thank you so much for your reply

If you have a job offer then you can expedite your case. One of the August filer did the case and 2 days ago he received his EAD/AP. He had to fax USCIS his offer letter.
