So was just catching up on the other thread about this whole case transfer buzz.  At this point, still seems like it's up in the air... whether glitch or legit...

 

Do you guys see any value in adding a column to our date sheet to show... 1) whom has case transfer local and 2) the date of the transfer?

 

Kind of curious on what it looks like across the Oct filers.

***Commenced Adjustment of Status (AOS) Process on 06/09/2015 and Completed Adjustment of Status (AOS) Process on 02/03/2016 - Timespan for I-551 = 240 days (8 months)

***Commenced Removal of Conditions (ROC) Process on 10/25/2017 and Completed Removal of Conditions (ROC) Process on 10/23/2019 - Timespan for ROC and 10-year Green Card = 728 days

***Commenced Naturalization N-400 Process on 07/14/2019

2019 Jul 14 - N-400: D submited N-400 application, paid filing fee on USCIS Online Filing website.  IOE Receipt number issued.

2019 Jul 29 - N-400: D received official I-797C, Notice of Action for Biometrics appointment via mail - 15 days

2019 Aug 08 - N-400: D completes Biometrics Appointment at USCIS ASC Seattle (Tukwila, WA) - 10 days

2020 Dec 14 - N-400: D received official I-797C, Notice of Action for Interview Appointment on 01/05/2021 - 4 days

2020 Jan 01 - N-400: Processing time during COVID-19 Pandemic ~16 months

2021 Jan 05 - N-400: D attended N-400 Naturalization Interview at USCIS Seattle Field Office (Tukwila, WA) - 20 days

2021 Jan 05 - N-400: D passed interview/test, was recommended for Approval and scheduled for same day Oath Ceremony.

***Completed Naturalization N-400 Process on 01/05/2021 - Timespan for US Citizenship = 415 days

I'd like to wait for the dust to settle on the case transfer buzz. Either it's legit or a glitch.  If it is in fact legit, I'm for adding a column that shows how many were transferred and whether it helped with approvals. Hopefully those who got the online transfer message should get a notification by snail mail too.

I'd like to see an official word from USCIS on this whole matter, and if it is indeed a thought out decision, then cool idea to track as @Vincent Chu suggests.

 

Saw on another thread here that USCIS are doing a spot of housekeeping tonight: https://www.uscis.gov/news/alerts/tools-outage

 

Wonder what our case statuses will say tomorrow. 

 

Does anyone know where I can find this spreadsheet (and hopefully a guide on how to fill it in so I don't muck it up for everyone) so I can help track. I am very, very, very interested to know how, or if things will speed up now.

12-Mar-19: I-751 (WAC18026) + N400 combi interview

Outcome

16 Mar-19: I-751 ~ Green Card in Hand (from submission to card delivery, 17 months)

19 Apr-19:  N400 ~ Naturalization Oath Ceremony, certificate in-hand! (from submission to oath, 6 months)

1 May 19: Voter registration card in-hand

3 May 19: USA passport in-hand

11 May 19: New SSN card in-hand

Not a spreadsheet per se, more like a data sheet lost in the middle pages of this thread. A handful of us used to update with new data, but I lost track (and got frustrated) with mishandled updates. Perhaps someone patient enough could re-update once the transfer case buzz settles down. 

 

I am eager to know what happens after the USCIS update tonight.

After reading the thread posts I too checked my case status and it says case received at local office on February 26, 2018. Gosh! It took 5 months to reach at  a local office! Looks like this is a magical date for most sept and oct filers. Well it is better atleast it reached a local office. Good luck everyone!

Hey, I am new on these forums. I have a few questions at the end in purple.
 

I filed back in November. I had my biometrics on 12/21/18.

On my biometrics sheets there were two application #s. The first application # was a I751-WAC number and application number 2 was a CR189-WAC number. These two numbers are very confusing.

About two weeks ago, I've logged in to check my case. It didn't accept the first application # (the I751). It did accept the second number (the CR189 one). All it said was for the CR189 is:

On November 24, 2017, we received your Form CRI-89, Petition to Remove Conditions of Permanent Resident Status Received, Receipt Number WACXXXXXXXXXX, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. 

Today I logged in again. It still says the same for my second (CR189) number.

However, today I was able to log in with my first number as well (the I751). It says.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? What is the difference between the two application numbers anyways? What does it mean that they moved my case to the local office?

Also, has any of you traveled international while waiting with the extension letter? What are your experiences

On my biometrics sheets there were two application #s. The first application # was a I751-WAC number and application number 2 was a CR189-WAC number. These two numbers are very confusing.

Today I logged in again. It still says the same for my second (CR189) number.

However, today I was able to log in with my first number as well (the I751). It says.
