Her father a military officer i can not describe all here so just guess what i mean she wont have a life There bec of her father since she is 4 months pregnant how i can send her back while she has nobody And father will be prevent to her to set up something new like finding a job And shelter russians are cold nation There is not Much family ties... is There any man who will let his own Wife go where she can face abuse or life danger which also carry a baby ? Well i m can not risk thats why i am here to find out what i can do but i guess nothing really .Thanks to all  i m not expecting that anyone will understand my situation

you make me laugh, Russia is a huge country and an officer in Russia has no power to prevent her to live even in the same city and find a job. She is an adult and does not need her parents help there, it's not a poor country, she can work and support herself and her child waiting for your petition going through. Nonsense about life danger and abuse, she easy can go to any big city and her father even won't know where is she, as well the police there also about to help if she needs to protect herself. She just doesn't want to work and think abroad she will have a better life, Russia has good salaries and many women are making very well there

İf i will leave her in turkey she can have also problem without me being here as well she has residence bec of me i am afraid they Could take it away from her .

when i came to turkey first And we married i was about to go back but first needed to make her paper work in turkey but i am not working she needs Health care And i have to be sponsor her expenses i did all but took some time i am able to Show some documents from my heart problem but thats not gonna count good evidence so

what i was thinking to get her a tourist visa  then apply sb 1 for me if we both approved which seems hard because they could reach my information in the system And will be a red flag then could take an asylum to her once she arrives to usa bec she has nowhere to go.

Asylum?

She has no basis. Not getting on with your parents?

You have two choices:

1.  Pursue your SB1 and plan to sent your wife alone back to her home country or plan to leave her alone in (The Utopia Of) Turkey while you process her I-130 from the US

2.  Get settled in and raise your family in (The Utopia Of) Turkey and hope she did not marry you for the US green card that she is years away from getting.

As irresponsible family planning is not grounds for seeking political asylum (and) your tourist visa plan is blatantly illegal there are no other choices for you to pursue.  Based on our very recent and ongoing SB1 experience I strongly advise you to focus the most attention on #2.

I am pretty sure your journey on the path of #1 will end (either) when it is determined at step 1 that you no longer have eligibility for an immigrant visa (or) when you are asked to provide an I-134 (can you file an I-134 for yourself? LOL) for the SB1 visa.  You don't just "get a visa".  You as the LPR need to demonstrate that you still have a sponsor.  My wife and I have been married for 11 years now and (yet) I spent all of this morning putting together an I-134F for her to bring to her visa interview.

Best of luck to you!

That just is not true.  She can go back to her country. Your reasons "her father is military commander" is a poor excuse in my mind.  She would be legally residing there.

by the way, in Russia pregnant women have long paid vacations before and after giving a birth and also paid for each child the money called mothers capital, so even this pay gives her for living, not begging abroad for residence and where to stay

She has no work There And no place to stay And thats works only if she has a Russian husband if she will receive money from goverment And why should i let her to go live There without me will your spouse let you go where you have nobody with a baby in your stomach ? Well i wont

So we have ruled out Russia.

And the US

So that leaves Turkey.

So what other option is there but Turkey?
